Weights that
fit you.
Set your strength once. On the main lifts, DUAL suggests a weight for every set, then adjusts it to what you log. So any program fits whoever trains it.
1. Set it once
Set your strength once. No test day.
Tell DUAL your bodyweight and experience. Add your best lifts if you know them. That is enough for a starting weight on the main lifts.
2. A weight for each set
Every set on the main lifts has a weight.
Squats, presses, rows, deadlifts and pulldowns come with a suggested weight, rounded to plates you can load. It follows the program, whether it is written as a percentage, an RPE or reps in reserve.
3. It learns as you go
It learns from every set you log.
Log the weight and how hard it felt. Every set sharpens DUAL's read of your strength. Tap Maxed early and the rest of that lift's sets come down in the same workout.
4. Every week fits
Heavy weeks and deloads, at your weight.
Each week of a program is worked out from your current strength. Heavy weeks push you. Deload weeks back off. Both are sized to you, not to whoever wrote it.
For coaches
Write it once. It fits every athlete.
Prescribe the main lifts by percentage, RPE or reps in reserve. Everyone who follows your program gets weights sized to them. You write one program, not one per athlete.
